I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the fantastic location right on 5th Avenue with plenty of shops and evening activities nearby. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and I loved the charming atmosphere created by the old tree in the circular atrium. The service was excellent, especially Rebecca at check-in, who made the process a breeze. However, the dining options could definitely be improved, especially since complimentary breakfast only kicks in after a two-night stay.
